3. Purpose, legal basis, storage period and data recipients
3.1. We need the personal data collected to carry out our activities as a software supplier and electronic service provider and to fulfill contracts, billing, assertion of contractual claims, for customer service purposes and for advertising purposes. The data is collected, stored, processed and used for this purpose.
3.2. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is, on the one hand, contract fulfillment, legitimate interests, the fulfillment of our legal or contractual obligations and, on the other hand, your consent (contact form, cookies). Failure to provide the data can have various consequences.
3.3. We also process data that we have legitimately received from customers when placing orders or orders. This includes basic personal data such as your name, contact details (email address, company name, address, telephone number, etc.) and products or services ordered. We do not store credit card and account numbers or other bank details.
3.4. We process your personal data, if necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from initiation and processing to termination of a contract) and beyond that in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations arising from, among other things, the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the Federal Tax Code (BAO) and until the end of any legal dispute, ongoing warranty periods, etc.

4. Contact form
4.1. Our contact form requires personal information (email address, name, subject) in order to answer your query.
4.2. Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) GDPR.
5. Consent and right of revocation
5.1. If your consent is required to process your data, we will only process it after you have given your express consent.

5.2. As a general rule, we do not process data from minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you are at least 14 years old or that your legal guardian has given their consent.

You can revoke your consent at any time at the following email address: info@gnmidi.com In such a case, the data stored about you to date will be anonymized and subsequently used only for statistical purposes without any personal reference. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the time of revocation.
